East Health Trust was established as a Primary Health Organisation (PHO) on 1st July 2003 and provides primary healthcare services in the Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Beachlands, Clevedon, Flatbush, Maraetai, Kawakawa Bay and Pukekohe areas.
We are a group of doctors, nurses and people trained and skilled in health, working together in your area to provide a better health service for you and your family.
Social Connection at Howick Selwyn Centre.
The weekly get-together offering friendship, aroha and inclusion. Selwyn Centre provides a welcoming, easy-to-access community space for older people to meet, socialise and enjoy activities with other seniors in their area. Each session includes an organised programme of social activities, gentle exercise (chair-based and/or standing exercises), as well as morning tea – see below full details.

We offer an Acute Clinic, if you have had an injury, or are feeling unwell on the day. Our highly skilled Acute and Urgent Care doctors and paramedics are ready to support you. The Acute Clinic is open between 8.00 am and 4.00 pm and takes same-day appointments. We ask that you please call ahead and we can book you in a free slot so you don’t have a long waiting time!
