Ayser’s Pumpkin Pie

We are sharing Ayser’s Pumpkin Recipe to everyone, so you can do it in your own home too!
Ingredients:
• Homemade Pumpkin Puree
• ½ Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 Egg
• ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
• ½ Teaspoon Ground Ginger
• ½ Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
• ½ Teaspoon Salt
• 1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
• 1 Pie Crust
Method:
• To make pumpkin puree, peel half a pumpkin or squash. Cut into medium sized chunks and boil/steam until tender. Allow to cool and mash with a fork.
• To a bowl with the puree pumpkin, add condensed milk according to taste. Add 1 egg, spices, salt, and corn starch and mix to combine. Pour mixture into pie crust.
• Add pecans, walnuts or blueberries on the top for decoration (optional). Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Can serve alone or with a dollop of whipped cream.
