Community Session: Estate Planning

Monday, 9 March 2026 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

You’re Invited: Don’t Leave a Mess; Leave a Legacy

Join us for a practical and insightful session with Wendy Hampton, a lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience in wills, estates, trusts and property law.

Wendy has supported hundreds of families through the estate process and has seen first-hand how overwhelming it can be when important information is hard to find. Her message is clear: getting organised now is one of the greatest gifts you can leave your loved ones.

To help people prepare, Wendy created The Estate Planner, an easy-to-use record book that brings all key information together in one place. In this session, she’ll explain why having a complete record matters, what families often overlook, and how good planning can reduce stress, delays and unnecessary costs.

In this session, we’ll cover:

✔ Why organising your information is a real act of care
✔ Common gaps that cause delays and extra expense
✔ Simple steps to get started and feel prepared
