Community Session: A Morning of Good Company
Tuesday, 13 October 2026 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am
You’re Invited: A Morning of Good Company: connect, laugh and celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week with Amy McAuley
Sometimes looking after our wellbeing can be as simple as spending time in good company, sharing conversations and feeling part of something.
This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme, Belonging Matters, reminds us just how important connection and a sense of belonging can be to our wellbeing. To celebrate, Amy McAuley is back at Virtual Village East to lead a relaxed and uplifting morning focused on connecting and enjoying time together.
Expect a lively mix of conversation and activities, plenty of opportunities to join in and have fun, followed by time to catch up over a delicious morning tea with plenty of treats.
Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you’ll be in good company.
Amy is a speaker, author, life coach and Mental Health First Aid Instructor with over 20 years’ experience helping people build resilience and rediscover joy. Her honest storytelling, warmth and humour leave audiences feeling inspired, hopeful and reminded that it’s never too late to begin again.
Due to the venue size, numbers are limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.
