You’re Invited: Finding Joy and Celebrating Milestones

Join us for an inspiring and uplifting talk about resilience, joy, and the importance of celebrating milestones in life’s journey. Our guest speaker, Caro McCourtie (pictured below), will share her personal story of navigating cancer treatment and the four powerful tenets she developed to get through challenging times.

These tenets are just as relevant to everyday life and ageing well as they are to moments of difficulty – offering encouragement, hope, and practical wisdom to support your mental and spiritual wellbeing.

The session will cover:
✔ Feeling no shame – letting go of what holds us back
✔ Saying yes to support – allowing others to help us when we need it
✔ Finding joy – noticing the small, everyday moments that lighten our load
✔ Celebrating milestones – marking progress and surrounding ourselves with community
