Community Session: “Enduring Power of Attorney”

Wednesday, 29 May 2024 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

When an injury or illness prevents you from making decisions or managing your own affairs, or if handling your financial matters becomes overwhelming, an attorney appointed through an Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) can step in and manage these responsibilities for you. You can also set up an EPA when you prefer to have someone else take on these duties.

EPAs are as crucial as wills for safeguarding you and your family. They ensure that your care, wellbeing, and finances are managed by trusted individuals or a trustee corporation like Public Trust, according to your wishes.

This insightful session about EPAs will be led by Cassandra Fellows, from the Public Trust.
