You’re Invited: Stay Connected with Hearing Health
Join us for an informative and practical session on Hearing Health with the National Foundation for Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Hearing plays a vital role in staying connected, independent, and engaged. This session will provide helpful information about protecting your hearing, recognising early changes, and understanding the support available.
We’ll begin with morning tea at 9:30am, followed by the talk at 10:00am. You’re welcome to stay afterwards for board games and social time with Selwyn Seniors.
What you can expect from the session:
✔ Understanding early signs of hearing loss
✔ Tips for protecting and maintaining hearing health
✔ Support services and resources available
✔ Hearing tests available on the day
This session is held in partnership with Selwyn Centre Howick.
