You’re Invited: The Stories We Live In – A talk by Jo Green
We welcome Jo back for another inspiring and thought-provoking session.
We all carry stories with us about who we are, what life is like, and what’s possible for us. Most of the time, these stories are so familiar we barely notice them. But they quietly shape everything: how we see other people, how we feel when things go wrong, and even how much enjoyment and meaning we find in an ordinary day.
In this talk, Jo will explore:
✔ How the stories we carry can shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us
✔ The connection between our inner perspective, relationships, and everyday experiences
✔ Ways to become more aware of the meaning we make from life’s moments
✔ How greater self-understanding can support a richer sense of connection, purpose, and enjoyment in daily life
