Join us at Highland Park Library for a practical session on Sleep Hygiene with guest speaker Anmol Chawla, Clinical Psychologist from The Psychology Group.
What is Sleep Hygiene? It’s the term health professionals use to describe good sleep habits. Many sleep problems are the result of poor routines built up over time — but the good news is, they can be changed.
Anmol will explain how sleep works, why it matters, and share simple, effective strategies to help you sleep better.
The session will cover:
