Join us for E.A.S.Y. Fitness—a fun, low-impact class designed specifically for seniors to support balance, mobility, strength, and confidence. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on improving your ability to move safely and independently in daily life.
Led by a qualified instructor in a supportive, friendly environment, you’ll enjoy moving your body, building strength, and connecting with others.
The session will include:
✔ Gentle strength and balance exercises
✔ Movements to improve coordination and flexibility
✔ Practical techniques for everyday mobility and fall prevention
✔ A welcoming atmosphere with encouragement at your pace
