You’re Invited: Mindful Living Programme
Join us for a free 4-week Mindful Living Programme led by Parvin from East Health Trust.
This gentle and practical programme is designed to help you slow down, manage stress, and develop simple mindfulness skills that support emotional wellbeing and everyday resilience. Over four weekly sessions, you’ll learn techniques you can continue using long after the course finishes.
This is a small group programme, and attendance at all four sessions is required to gain the full benefit.
The Mindful Living programme will explore:
✔ Simple mindfulness practices for everyday life
✔ Techniques to manage stress and anxious thoughts
✔ Ways to improve focus, emotional balance and nutrition
✔ Guided exercises and group discussion in a supportive setting
