E.A.S.Y. Fitness is a fun, low-impact exercise class designed to support balance, mobility, strength, and overall confidence. Suitable for all fitness levels, this session focuses on helping you move safely and independently in everyday life.

Led by a qualified instructor in a warm, supportive setting, you’ll enjoy gentle movement, build resilience, and connect with others in the process.

What to Expect

  • Strength and balance exercises

  • Movements to improve flexibility and coordination

  • Practical techniques for everyday mobility and fall prevention

  • A friendly, encouraging environment where you can go at your own pace
