Open Afternoon – My Support Network

Join us for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and practical support at our Open Afternoon. Learn more about local services, enjoy a fun quiz, and share afternoon tea with fellow members.

This session will focus on the wellbeing pillar: My Support Network – the people, services, and community connections that help us live well and independently.

It’s also a great opportunity for new members to be introduced to what Virtual Village East is all about. All members are welcome!

Programme highlights:

• Community Connections – Hear about Virtual Village East’s impact story and get your new Personal Planner.

• FAB Drivers – Learn about their companion driving service and take part in a fun quiz (with prizes!).

• Selwyn Centre Howick – Discover the local drop-in centre for seniors supporting social engagement and friendship.

• The Pharmacy Care Group – Practical advice on medication management and staying well.

Afternoon tea will be provided. Bring a friend along!
