Join us for a talk with Rev. Dr Richard Waugh, Chairman of Howick & Districts 175th Anniversary Celebrations Steering Committee. This year, Howick celebrates 175 years ad Richard will speak on the history of Howick from its beginnings in 1847.
As we age, our bodies’ chemical and metabolic rhythms change, and so do our nutritional needs. In this informative seminar, our guest speaker is Jo Pannabecker, a Dietician specialising in the nutritional needs of older people.
This relaxed get-together is a great opportunity to meet other seniors and get to know each other over a cuppa.
Being fit, flexible and strong enables you to continue to live at home and do the things that you enjoy. Spend 45 minutes a week over eight weeks building up your strength and flexibility.
