Manage Better Together Workshop

Virtual Village East is excited to invite its members to the ‘Manage Better Together’ workshop, facilitated by Tamaki Health. Share skills to better understand your values and the actions you need to take to achieve your long-term goals. The workshop provides a great opportunity to be supported in a friendly group environment, by people who know what you are going through. The workshop will run for 4 weeks – providing information and support on:

• Stress and sleep management
• Understanding what we eat
• Life values
• Keeping active
• Know my medication
• Willingness and action plan

If you attend all sessions, you will be provided with a certificate upon completion.

Workshop Details
When: Monday 6th May, Monday 13th May, Monday 20th May, Monday 27th May.
Time: 10.30 am to 12 pm.
Venue: HBH Howick Views (139 Union Road, Howick). Meet at Rest Home Reception.
